Jeb Bush gets off the fence and aims to phase out RFS

In Iowa, Jeb Bush has come out against the RFS after having been evasive on the issue since the start of his Presidential campaign, saying that though the policy worked for a time it needs to be phased out. He says instead, the best way to energy security is to let markets work. Republicans are typically split on the RFS, with some wishing to eliminate all market distortions and others seeking to support agriculture and rural communities.
